Performance Characteristic
★ The water-cooled blown film air cooler is designed specifically for cooling blown film machines. Working principle: The air cooler uses a compressor to cool the indoor air at 40-50 ℃ to 10-15 ℃ through a built-in exchanger, while the low-temperature air is sent to the air ring and internal cooling system of the blown film machine through a centrifugal fan. Cool the film bubbles just blown out of the mold head, rapidly cool and plasticize them, improve the thickness uniformity of the film, increase transparency and brightness, accelerate the shaping of the film, improve the physical properties of the film, and increase the yield by 10-20% or more.
★ The blown film air cooler has strong dehumidification ability. When rapidly cooling the air, a large amount of condensed water will condense, drying the cold air sent out and greatly improving the quality of the film.
